Public Radio for Northeast Texas On Air Now Playing KETR Online A Texas official says overall higher education enrollment in the state is down primarily because fewer students are attending community colleges. Yesterday [Tuesday] Higher Education Commissioner Harrison Keller told state lawmakers that while other institutions are seeing enrollment at or near pre-pandemic levels, community college enrollment has not recovered.'Our latest data shows that our community colleges are down about 12.
