KELLER (WBAP/KLIF News ) – Keller ISD Superintendent Doctor Rick Westfall announced plans on Monday to retire after six years on the job and 31 years in Texas public education. The veteran educator was named superintendent in July 2017. Before that, he served as deputy superintendent in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. 'I am making this announcement now so that the Board of Trustees can have time to begin the selection process for the new Superintendent,' said Dr. Westfall. 'The incredible level of community and district support we have experienced in KISD has been a hallmark of our success.
