Keller Williams Realty Inc. continues to globalize. The Austin-based real estate company will next expand into Germany, according to a Feb. 16 announcement. That adds to a roster of 17 other European outposts. "We are delighted to be able to bring the most successful broker platform in the world to Europe's most successful and largest economy," stated Swen Nicolaus, regional operating principal at KW Germany. KW Germany is "currently initializing operations." The first market center is expected to open in the second quarter, and KW has an initial focus on opening locations across Germany's top seven real estate markets.
